Claudia has been helping clients achieve competitive advantage through design and implementation of strategic human resource programs for nearly thirty years. Her primary emphasis is the design of reward systems to support business strategy. Claudia’s broad range of clients includes Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized companies, small entrepreneurial companies, health centers and physician practices.
Claudia is a co-founder of Partners In Performance, Inc. (PINP) based in Chicago. PINP was created in 1997 to offer clients the resources and expertise of large human resource consulting firms without their inflated fee structure. Claudia works directly with clients in development and implementation of total compensation systems. Her emphasis is on simplicity of design, link to business strategy and effectiveness of communication.
Prior to forming PINP, Claudia was a Principal with Ernst & Young, compensation practice leader for Watson Wyatt, Director of Compensation and Benefits for Playboy Enterprises, Manager of Corporate Compensation for Heublein Corporation, Manager of Employee Relations for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and a social worker and teacher.
Claudia has completed the Harvard Leadership Development Program at the Harvard Business School, has appeared on national television and radio, and is a frequent speaker on human resource issues.
Claudia has a B.A. from Lake Forest College and master’s degrees from Loyola University in Chicago.
