Tim is the owner of Mightybytes, an Illinois B Corp and interactive media and marketing company in Chicago. Mightybytes creates rich user experiences to tell clients’ stories, brand their products, and meet business, technology, and marketing needs. The company is an Illinois B Corporation, a three star-certified eco-company, and every few weeks they whip up a special blend of craft beer called Mightybrew, which they share with clients and friends. Tim consults with organizations on many topics related to digital media,media, and best practices for the web.
Tim is also the author of Return on Engagement: Content, Strategy and Design Techniques for Digital Marketing from Elsevier/Focal Press and Managing Interactive Media Projects from Delmar Cengage Learning. These books are used by higher learning institutions in the U.S. and Europe, including Johns Hopkins University, the Art Institutes, and Full Sail University. He is currently working on a 2nd edition of Return on Engagement.
He presents at conferences as well and gives workshops on various aspects of design, media, technology, business, and marketing. When not doing any of the above you can probably find Tim cycling, brewing beer, or performing board member duties for Climate Ride, the national bike ride for sustainable solutions.
